Low Key Sales, Excellent Staff Our contact began via e-mail with the internet sales staff who were friendly and courteous. When our planned visit conflicted with Bruce's schedul Our contact began via e-mail with the internet sales staff who were friendly and courteous. When our planned visit conflicted with Bruce's schedule he made arrangements for others to be available. When we arrived the contact was busy and a replacement was quickly brought to bear to address our questions. My wife wanted to see the actual vehicles she was interested in to determine color, she already knew the model she wanted. Both were brought out so she could see for herself. Once decided we met with Michael who was both patient and understanding. After extensive negotiations, we reached agreement with his superiors. He was anxious to close the deal and we did not want to hang around so we proposed returning the next day to finalize the transaction. Despite it being his day off Michael returned to finalize things with us and to go over the car with my wife. In the meanwhile, we met with Alex to pay for it and she was a delight in making things flow smoothly. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

Shady pricing, Rude salesman, overall horrible experience Don't waste your time!! I don't usually write reviews however, I strongly feel that my experience today needs to be heard! I helped my mother buy a br Don't waste your time!! I don't usually write reviews however, I strongly feel that my experience today needs to be heard! I helped my mother buy a brand new Hyundai Elantra last month from Crown Hyundai, and and was so impressed with the pricing and professionalism of the entire process from start to finish. So 2 weeks ago when My daughter asked me to assist her with purchasing a new car, I told her I knew exactly where to take her, however, the problem was she had her heart set on a Honda Fit. So I called my Salesman at Crown Hyundai to see if he could assist, he was more than eager to help in anyway and sent me down to Crown Honda to talk to Troy Young. What a mistake that was!! When we arrived Troy was talking with some other folks, so we waited and when we finally spoke with him, we explained that we were sent there from Crown Hyundai to see him, they had called ahead and let him know we were on our way, We told him we were interested in the Honda Fit and would lije to teat drive one. He passed us off to another sales person, who took us for a test drive and then we went inside to discuss pricing. the offer was written up and I started questioning the price, I explained, I had researched these cars and found them a few thousand cheaper at some other dealers, They offered no discounts or incentives, even though I explained that I was a AAA member and also had the True Car Employee car buying discount through my employer. In addition, I also questioned why there was a $ 3000 customer care package added on* ususally these maintenance packages are offered after the price is negotiated and are optional). i said we were not interested in that, and he explained that it was not optional! He said this was the #1 one rated small car in its class ( so why are are they forcing you to purchase a maintenance package on a brand new car?) When I asked why he was completely inflexible on the price of this car we were looking at the very basic Honda Fit- not a Maybach!) Hi comment was, " These cars do not depreciate when you drive them off the lot! Ok, now, he was not only rude and arrogant, he was obviously deceitful and clearly had no interest in selling us anything. It appeared we were wasting his time, and he appeared more than happy to see us go. Hi never gave his card or offer to follow up in any way. Apparently, he didn't know, ( or care to know that she drove from all the way from Sarasota to this specific dealership, because I had such recommended Crown), She is a preapproved, highly paid, professional) When I asked about the price he informed me that WAS the price, and that I could "sit over there and argue with him, if I wanted to" but the price would not change. Needless to say, at this point,I was sure that no matter how much she liked the car, it would not be purchased at this dealership from this sales person. . We asked if we could have the quote that he had typed out, for her, (for comparison shopping, and because it had all of my daughter's information on the top, and he, "No, we can't give that out for privacy purposes....Hmmmm, now that is a new one, he has my daughter's information, and will not give it to her to protect..."her" privacy"?? This man is shady and odd, and I wouldn't buy a cup of coffee from him. We then went right next door, to Auto Nation Toyota, and bought and bought a Brand new Prius that my daughter loves....from a very nice , professional salesman, and I will be referring all refer my friends and family to.. Crown Honda needs to clean up their act, and can learn a lesson from their very successful next door neighbor and I would never recommend anyone waste their time, energy , patience dealing with Troy YOUNG!! If you are looking to purchase a Honda, do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. and especially Troy Young. I might add. I have purchased many cars over the years ranging from Jags to Scions, and I ca say without hesitation, this was the worst car shopping experience I've ever had. • • • Public - in the last week More
