My original advisor, Ty brown, was as unresponsive and I had to constantly pull for information. Then I was assigned a new advisor and tracking my truck was supposed to be fixed in a given day but never go had to constantly pull for information. Then I was assigned a new advisor and tracking my truck was supposed to be fixed in a given day but never got a call/email so I showed up to the dealership and finally figured out my truck would be ready before closing. Not saying the dealer does bad work, but as a customer you should stay informed and not forced to getting updates yourself.
