Persistent but not over pressure I guess I like to be "courted" and have sales people to let me know that my business is important. The sales team of Alan, Tyler and Kera stayed in touch with me, but really did not try to pressure me. I wanted to deal with them and they responded promptly with counter offers when I made reasonable requests. I don't do this often and I thought it was fun. Tyler is very personable, Alan is very sincere and Ashley is in the right place. She is bright and thorough. I think I bought more extras than I should, and that kind of bugs me. I am not certain they were needed. A new concept of sales to me, but it wasn't bad. More

This is THE PLACE to buy a vehicle!!! We were in the market for a used Ford Super Duty truck. I was recommended to Vernon Auto Group by an acquaintance of mine. I was not disappointed! We were in the market for a used Ford Super Duty truck. I was recommended to Vernon Auto Group by an acquaintance of mine. I was not disappointed! Their website is easily navigated, and their prices are great! When I called the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly voice, and the salesman was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I worked with Tyler Brints and Allen Lowry in sales. Both of these young men were a pleasure to work with. Ashley Hernandez in finance was incredibly efficient. All three of these employees stayed late to wait on me to drive the 4 hours to get to the dealership! They had the truck detailed and the paperwork ready to sign when I arrived. I drove the truck, signed the papers, and was on my way in about an hour! The truck also came with the Warranty Forever program which is incredible! This is a warranty that would otherwise cost me around $3000 to purchase myself, but was added at no additional cost to me! Remember this when they don't budge much on their already good price. Consider me a big fan of Tyler, Allen and Ashley and the buying experience at Vernon Auto Group! More
