We couldn't be happier with our experience at Allan Nott! We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna. Our experience was awesome! We were undecided between a Sienna or an Odyssey and if we wanted new or used. Bryan Risner spent tons of time driving lots of vehicles with us and answering all our questions. He really wanted us to be happy and took lots of time looking at all our options. He had Adam Cox help us look at all the purchase options available and got us a great price. We really felt they did their best to give us a good price on our trade-in vehicle and a great price on our new Sienna. We were really happy with our experience! Steve answered lots of questions while getting our financing set up and was very helpful. Tyler Hepp did an awesome job walking me through every feature and button on my new van...I was so excited to have that all explained as I'm not good with all the phone pairing set up and that kind of thing. Now I know how to use every feature and love using it! Our experience was awesome, we couldn't be happier! And we happened to be there during the Fall Fest and went home with two giant mums and pumpkins for the kids! It was actually fun buying our new car! The staff is top notch! More

Steve Dawson is completely knowledgeable about the products he sells. He, Josh Gould and Tyler Hepp all stayed late after closing time so we could take our new Toyota Highlander home on a Friday night. There were no high pressure tactics and all of them were complete professionals and just all around good people! We've never owned a Toyota and we just love our new vehicle. The car came equipped with high quality floor mats, something you just don't see these days, We were invited back Saturday morning for a training session on all the new technology and we even had lunch at the Octoberfest Cookout! I'm sure we will be repeat customers! You can't find a better dealership for Honda and Toyotas! They have quality products and, more importantly, quality people! Thanks to Everyone at Allan Nott! We found Allan Nott through our work program Work Advantage /TrueCar which gave us a great discount and the car we were looking for. Steve Darwin was very helpful in finding us the car we wanted and willing to look elsewhere if we didn't like what they had available. The overall experience was great and stress free. We were offered free hamburgers and hot dogs, mums, and pumpkins the day we came to pick the car up. Considering we had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there, everyone we dealt with were very grateful that we made the trip and were very accommodating. And Tyler Hepp walked us through all the options on the car which can be overwhelming to figure out. Thank you so much. More

This included locating the vehicle in Cleveland, then driving it to Lima for us to obtain the next morning. Everyone was very friendly; they were also very helpful in explaining the vehicle features to us. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience! More

John was awesome and took me through everything baby steps as did Tyler Hepp, Delivery Specialist. Everything was smooth except for the Finance officer Steve Kowalski who ran me through (the forms. Nothing -no form was clearly explained what each was unless I asked first. Just sign here and initial there. Explanation of each electronic paper was not initially done in other words. It was like jumping into a swimming pool in blue jeans and a sweatshirt. So, going through the paperwork today on my day off- there are questions I will need to ask soon at some point-probably with John next week. More
