Yesterday we decided to shop for a new car we asked for him What an amazing experience for what I have always found stressful. Avery had a conversation with us to find our wants and needs which was not easy as my husband and I were wanting different features. He found an CRV that fit it bill. He was not only very knowledgeable but personable as well. What a great person to deal with. Should we have the opportunity to recommend a place to buy a car to our friends and family I would advise to visit your show room them and ask for Avery. After purchasing we were then referred to Tyler another great person on your staff. He spent a lot of time going over the "new" features many of which we would not have figured out as our last car is a 2006. Once again I will recommend him to anyone purchasing a new car. Friendly, fast and great listeners Marcia helped me as soon as I pulled into the lot. She was friendly and super helpful. She wasn't pushy AT ALL. She worked with me to get to the number I wanted in my payment. She was even willing to look for a used car before I made my final decision. She was so easy to talk to and will definitely be sending friends her way! Steve in finance made the signing process quick and easy and Tyler was super helpful with showing me everything the Accord could do inside. Thank you all for the wonderful experience! Fantastic Dealership - Excellent Sales Team! Hands-down, the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Given the model, style, color and options I wanted, there were only 7 left in the cou Hands-down, the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Given the model, style, color and options I wanted, there were only 7 left in the country to be found. I was negotiating with the 3 closest Toyota dealerships to me (Kentucky. Tennessee & Ohio), and Steve Dawson offered me the best price (plus added the options that weren't already on the truck), and gave me the highest price for my trade-in. And to prove just how good the deal was...I drove 856 miles round trip from Wisconsin (15+ hours total), to make it all happen! Once I arrive, the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Steve was there to greet me right away and make sure the entire process went smoothly. Matt Ricker took me through the purchasing process quickly and seamlessly. And, Tyler Hepp walked me through all of my vehicle's amazing features, programmed my home address into the GPS, set-up my Bluetooth and synced my phone with my new vehicle so I could listen to my favorite music on Pandora all the way home. It was a long day for me, but I have absolutely no regrets. Thanks for everything guys! More

Josh in finance also makes sure that you get the best deal available as far as warranty and long term precautions for the vehicle. Also the delivery specialists, specifically tyler and Damien were great they made sure that you know all the ins and outs of your new vehicle. If you go with Allan nott you will have the best experience hands down. More

I had researched my desired purchase; had a few questions about other models and was able to view these. -Just to make sure I was making the right choice for us. All questions answered. Informational test drive. Mark respected my desire to get the best financial deal possible. After purchase, a most comprehensive tutorial of the car's many convenient features. I came away feeling comfortable driving our new Accord. I had been apprehensive about changing after so many years. - Now if I can just adjust to gear shift at console and stop turning on the windshield wipers. -Our visit ran after business hours and yet we felt no pressure.
