My husband and I are very happy with Jordan and the dealership so glad my father-in-law told me to go there. I know I wouldn't have gotten that service from a dealership around us. The dealership my daughter got her Dodge Dart from in Austinton,Ohio last April was terrible they made the whole experance of getting her first new car terrible. My Nitro I have had many problems with my Nitro the past 6 months- which you can read from my earlier experiences. Haasz now has a new service manager that is I have had many problems with my Nitro the past 6 months- which you can read from my earlier experiences. Haasz now has a new service manager that is awesome! They are working all the "kinks" out of my car and I could not be more happier with them! I love my Nitro! They seemed to find a car that fit me! Since the last time it was in the "shop" - it is running better than it ever has! Only 1 last thing to repair- which is my airbag sensor! They are taking care of this next week! I went back and forth over which dealership to go to when I was looking for a new car. I went to several different dealerships- but none of them offered me the personal "touch" that I was looking for! Haasz made it work for me- and did not make me feel like I was just another number! So- with everything said- I have been very upset in the past over my Nitro- but I always knew it would be a great car! Thanks to Haasz for managing to get his car for me and for maintaining it! I am a very busy person- whom I am hard to get in touch with. Haasz has sent me e-mails, left messages and even has sent me letters through the mail! More

Guaranteed Customer Satisfaction I recently had a negative buying experience at Haasz Automall. I used this venue to express my displeasure. Within twenty-four hours of my posting, I recently had a negative buying experience at Haasz Automall. I used this venue to express my displeasure. Within twenty-four hours of my posting, I received a telephone call from Andy Huzvar. Over the course of several conversations and emails, he provided me with all of the information I requested. The next telephone call I received was from Tyler Kline, General Manager who asked me what he needed to do to address my concerns. I shared with him my proposed resolution. Much to my surprise he suggested a resolution that I never thought was possible. He followed through on his proposed resolution surpassing my expectations. In a day where slogans such as "the customer is always right"; "the customer is number one"; and "guaranteed customer satisfaction" have become cliché, it is refreshing to find a business that truly embodies these philosophies. I was truly impressed by the prompt resolution to my concerns by Mr. Kline and his team that I dealt with on my return trip to the dealership. Those individuals are Rick McCoy and Mary Scott. Everyone has won me over as a loyal customer. I have recommended Haasz to my family, friends and coworkers. More

Teamwork I was in a panic over the Thanksgiving weekend when I heard from my insurance company that my Town and Country was irreparable after an accident and I was in a panic over the Thanksgiving weekend when I heard from my insurance company that my Town and Country was irreparable after an accident and I needed to start looking for a car. I was able to get a hold of Kevin and explain what I was looking for and the price constraints I had. He passed the information over to Mike Lynch who called me within the hour with a few options. I was able to look at them on the website where I could view virtually every inch of the cars, both inside and out, and from there I was able to determine which car I wanted. I called Mike and made an appointment to see the car Monday morning. He had the car ready and waiting when I got there and I was in and out in about a half hour. We made arrangement to pick the car up on Wednesday, Again it took me about a half hour as all of the paperwork was completed and ready for me to sign! I went from panicked to driving my new car within 5 days! Thank you…you took all of the stress out of a stressful situation! More
