He was AMAZ process and absolutely did not want to be taken advantage of or pressured. I went to Kelly in Emmaus and Tyler Kulp was my salesperson. He was AMAZING! He was polite, knowledgable, patient, understanding, friendly, and above all - real. He does not give you the run around and he genuinely cares about gettingyou into somehting you love and can afford. I felt no pressure and was at ease through my entire process. I also came in thinking I wanted one vehicle and after speaking with him and telling him the qualities I wanted in my SUV, he surprised me with a vehicle I had not considered but was everything I wanted! Tyler is awesome and I will only buy from him now. I have my friends and family buying from his as well because he is reliable and great! More

Tyler was perfect. He was easy to work with, the type of individual I prefer dealing with in these scenarios. On the other hand, when I took possession of BOTH vehicles; I was less than impressed with the detail shown in cleaning and detailing my new vehicle. Once I got the vehicle home; it was clear that the inside had not been touched; and the bed of the vehicle, along with the back window was just plain dirty...quite apparent these areas had not been touched as well. I quick hose off and wipe down is all it got. I had a similar experience when I purchased my 2014 from Kelly. Pretty disappointing considering what is at stake purchasing a new vehicle these days. More

Good experience that is Hard to come by This was a good, straight forward, experience that when buying a car you are always hoping to get but never do. Tim Sparrow was great. He was accommodating and didn't drag us through the mud. We wanted to buy a car and he wanted to sell one. This was after many ugly arguments at Other dealers that are out to scam, rip you off and hurt you any way they can. I do not like dealing with car salesmen. Tim Sparrow may be the exception. Will know for sure when I go back to buy another car. Thanks, Tim for being so helpful. More
