I chose Molle Toyota on recommendation from friends who have been satisfied Molle customers for many years. In the future I will comparison shop other dealerships for better incentives. I was surprised to have been satisfied Molle customers for many years. In the future I will comparison shop other dealerships for better incentives. I was surprised to learn that Toyota provides only a 2-year warranty and no oil change packages, etc. I love my car and had a positive experience with Tyler Parman. I believe this will be a good choice in the long run. More

Our salesperson Tyler had another customer he was with so he had another salesman come out and help answer any questions we had about the cars we were looking at getting. Best Car Buying Experience Ever About a week ago, we decided to go looking at SUV’s--the Toyota RAV4 had great reviews so we headed for the nearest Toyota dealership. Our plan was t About a week ago, we decided to go looking at SUV’s--the Toyota RAV4 had great reviews so we headed for the nearest Toyota dealership. Our plan was to find a used vehicle with very low mileage. Since we live in Blue Springs, our first stop was Adams Toyota in Lee’s Summit. They didn’t have what we needed so we left our number and asked that salesman to keep his eyes open for the right one for us. We then went back home and my wife did an online search and discovered 2 vehicles at Molle Toyota (which is across town from us). We called and spoke to Frank Weems about them. Since both were available, we immediately got back in the car and drove over to see them. Frank was wonderful. No high pressure sales pitches. He listened, answered all of our questions, and then found us a vehicle that fit everything we wanted. Probably the easiest car-buying experience I‘ve ever had. Our search ended right there. We ended up with the perfect SUV for us--A 2019 used RAV4 that is not only sharp-looking but has low mileage and an excellent price. We returned the next day to pick up our new SUV and have been absolutely loving it! After we got home, I though that a hood protector would probably be a good idea. So, my wife found one online (Toyota website) and we ordered it through the nearest Toyota dealer--Adams in Lee’s Summit. When I went to pick it up, I hoped to ask someone at that dealership a couple of general RAV4 questions (about setting up navigation and use of the USB to play music). I won’t include their response here but I will say that they were not only unhelpful but, surprisingly, they were actually rude. The next day, we drove back out to Molle Toyota and they were amazing. We talked to Frank who answered some of our questions and then, he suggested Tyler Parman for some extra technical help. This young man answered all of our questions and then some. The difference in customer service displayed by this dealership and the other one is truly night and day. One more person I want to mention is the Parts Manager, Bob Mathis. Unfortunately, we found that the hood protector we ordered from Adams Toyota did not fit our vehicle. After the terrible experience we had the prior day with that dealership, we asked Bob Mathis for help determining why this part didn’t work and what part we actually needed. Turned out that there is no hood protector that fits our vehicle--they are no longer made. Super nice person. Again, took his time to help us--went over and above what he needed to do. Every single person we met at Molle was friendly, helpful and treated us like we actually mattered. The only problem with this dealership is that they need to move closer to us! We do have Molle Chevrolet in Blue Springs--another class act dealership. In fact, my last vehicle (a Chevrolet truck) was purchased from them and through all the years I owned that truck, I had no complaints at all. Molle is just top-notch! More
