When I arrived at the dealership parking lot, I was greeted by Mr. Bailey who listened to our needs and expectations for a new vehicle. We quickly eliminated one of the cars I was considering then he recommended a car that was unexpectedly well suited for our needs and preferences. Our deliberation over price was done without pressure and left us satisfied and gratified with the experience. After the base car price was agreed upon, we were introduced to Mr. Herder who lead us through the financing, maintenance and insurance options. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge of the array of services and options available to us. He patiently, concisely and clearly explained what would be the most useful options based on our needs and desires,. This is our fourth Toyota-built automobile and first one bought from the Molle Toyota dealership.
