very disjointed team. Handed off many times during purchase. Dealer prep was terrible, lots of tape spears on windows, and empty boxes in vehicle. My encounter with Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram— On January 30, 2023 Salesman Ulises Sosa This dealer's practices are unethical. I am 69 years old, they scammed me, a senior citizen. I went to ser January 30, 2023 Salesman Ulises Sosa This dealer's practices are unethical. I am 69 years old, they scammed me, a senior citizen. I went to service my leased car-since the lease I had would be over in three payments, I went to get their numbers as opposed to going to a national dealership that buys all cars to have them buy out my lease— to be able to compare then proceed to get the best deal, then lease a car somewhere. Several lies were told to me- --A national dealership that buys all cars, would not buy out the lease --Other dealerships would not buy out the lease --The finance company would not allow the lease to be bought out so close to the end Due to these lies, I proceeded to lease a car. I did tell them I would check on their information the next day. Everything I was told was a lie. In addition—my car as a down payment was not enough—I had to pay an additional $3,000.00—And the monthly payment ended up being $100.00 higher than the advertised lease price. They are not rated by the BBB. These were sneaky, dishonest, high pressure sales tactics. What makes it all the worse is that I am a grandmother, and they lied to a grandmother. I will never lease or buy a car from this dealership, and I suggest you do not either. M Marino More
