Great customer service everytime Had issue with 2018 outback failed to start on couple of occasions had to jump start called service department and made appointment to bring in for b Had issue with 2018 outback failed to start on couple of occasions had to jump start called service department and made appointment to bring in for battery health test , told they were busy but will fit me in ,much thanks to Penny Merritt and the service team I was on my way home within the hour with new battery installed, the metrowest service department always are courteous and helpful on every visit, I highly recommend the sales & service of MetroWest Subaru.
