He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and most importantly patient throughout the process. There was never any pressure on settling for a vehicle that I wasn't happy with. Fantastic Experience! Could not have gone smoother. Perfect! I simply can not say enough nice things about my experience with this dealership. Came in to turn in my old lease and get a new one. Vadim was patient I simply can not say enough nice things about my experience with this dealership. Came in to turn in my old lease and get a new one. Vadim was patient with me and explained all my options. Never did I feel pressured or out of my league (like in other dealerships). I felt very well informed and that Vadim truly cared if I was happy with my car. We were in constant communication and he worked with my schedule as to when I can pick up the car. Oh! And Dave, the one who did all the finance paperwork. Wow! My goodness....after leaving his office, I felt like everything was explained to me. EVERYTHING. No question went unanswered, even though I am truly a novice when it comes to leasing a car. I simply can not stress the wonderful experience I had. I am so grateful to Vadim and Dave for making this experience so seamless and easy. I will be returning and definitely recommending this dealership. More

Great experience purchasing a new car!
