Just had my first service on my new Volvo S60 . This is a wonderful dealership - so helpful! I work locally but need flexibility during my day. They offered me the choice of a loaner car, a van . This is a wonderful dealership - so helpful! I work locally but need flexibility during my day. They offered me the choice of a loaner car, a van to take me back to work and pick me up when the car was finished, to wait there while they worked on the car....When I hesitated (couldn't decide which would work best), they also offered me service on a Saturday - that was the "Ah, Wonderful!" moment! Dropped the car off the night before, and picked it up before noon on Saturday - easy peasy, and car was washed on top of it! From the moment I met their product specialist Van Dixon I knew this was the place to get my next car (had Audis and Saabs previously) - have not been disappointed! More

From the moment I stepped into the showroom I was treated with the most outstanding service I have ever experienced in car buying. I was greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist who directed me to our salesman, Van Dixon. Van took the time to get to know my wife and I, answering our questions with patience and a very non-saleslike curiosity. It was clear from the onset that Van was not looking to pressure us into buying but rather, he was more interested in helping us to make the best decision for our particular budget and needs. Dealing with the finance was also a pleasant experience. Erin Kundert made every attempt to get us into the vehicle of our choice. We were given a very fair value for our trade-in and Erin made sure we got every available incentive available. Well , the service department has been wonderful beyond our wildest dreams. I am constantly amazed at their efficiency and courtesy. i recently had an experience with service guru Pete Pesce - when he went the extra mile to help me get my car serviced, and to get me a loaner car even though it was late in the day. And the car usually is done and ready within a few hours. I love this dealership and i love my Volvo. More
