Roger is a rockstar. I came in for an oil change and left in a brand new car. Roger came over and noticed I was interested in the Pilot. He understood exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to make s in a brand new car. Roger came over and noticed I was interested in the Pilot. He jumped in where he needed to. This is now the second car I have purchased from this dealership. I have visited many dealerships in DFW and continue to choose John Eagle for services and net new purchases because customer experience is genuine and this team works for their customers.
