About six months ago, I began my search for a new car. The service men and women were filled with joy and eager to connect me to a sells associate. However, Mark was rude. He did not take me seriously and The service men and women were filled with joy and eager to connect me to a sells associate. However, Mark was rude. He did not take me seriously and consistently held a condescending tone. I felt profiled and was crushed. However, I didn’t give up on my search. I began searching the web again, and was contacted by Maribel Erbay. From the moment we spoke on the phone until she placed my temporary tag onto my car, her professionalism and kindness captivated my attention. She was a none stop advocate for my wants and needs in a new vehicle. Thankfully, Vartan was willing to meet all my wants and needs, and together. They exceeded my expectation. A few short hours later, they led to me leaving in a brand new car. For them, it’s not about selling a car, but its about treating people with dignity and respect. Selling the car was the bonus. So, if you are looking to buy a new car, Maribel is the way to go. She made my first time car buyers experience the greatest. As for Mark, despite how he treated me, I just want God to bless him.
