I discovered a nail in my tire the day before a longer
trip. I thought it was covered by our Zurich plan, but wasn't sure. Also added an oil change into the mix at arrival.

Vaughn was excellent- super professional, and took care of everything quickly and easily. Vaughn communicated what needed to be done, let me know what parts might take longer, and kept me updated. I'd prefer dealing with Vaughn anytime! One of the best service experiences.
