Being a long time Costco member, I thought I would try their auto buying service for this purchase. This was the first time I had tried their program. As we are now in the midst of the second Covid sur their auto buying service for this purchase. This was the first time I had tried their program. As we are now in the midst of the second Covid surge so I did not want to spend hours at a dealership trying to negotiate a fair deal. I've bought several vehicles from, Martin Honda and it's predecessor through the years. Fortunately they were the local participating dealer. As in the past they were very good to work with. Vernon was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was very detailed in explaining how to use the features of the vehicle that I was not familiar with. As we are in the midst of covid, I think Martin exposes their customers to too many people during the final buying process. In addition to Vernon, we had to meet with (3) other people - fabric treatment/undercoating, insurance & finance who all I assume meet with each group buying a car. It would be safer for all to find a way to reduce this interaction perhaps by doing it on line or remotely by phone. More

Tried to buy a car 4 1/2 years ago from Martin Honda, frustrated I walked out of the the dealership and purchased car from another dealership. So I walked in with little hope thinking your business practice hasn't changed. I was pleasantly surprised after meeting Vernon how knowledgeable he was about the product and how quickly expedited the process. My experience with Martin Honda was completely positive compared to my experience 4 1/2 years ago. Will not hesitate to buy my next car at Martin Honda More

Veron has always taken the time to speak to me when I have come in for service. I have called him several times with questions that he was able to answer. If he did not have the answer, he made it his have come in for service. I have called him several times with questions that he was able to answer. If he did not have the answer, he made it his priority to find the answer and get back to me. We have talked about a family member that turned 102 on December 3rd. He sent Bob a WWII pilot and a fruit basket for his birthday. Definitely a caring people person. Thank You Vernon for being special. More

Our experience working with Vernon McCloud to purchase our new Honda was excellent and he has been great resource since...very knowledgeable, helpful and always available. Have been buying cars for 50+yr our new Honda was excellent and he has been great resource since...very knowledgeable, helpful and always available. Have been buying cars for 50+yrs and Vernon is one of only two salespeople in all those buying experiences that I would recommend to friends and family. I was also very impressed with the Martin dealership. Our interaction with the overall Martin staff was very good. All were friendly and gave the impression that they would be happy to help us in any way they could should we need assistance. More

Vernon recognized that he didn't have to sell me anything. I knew what I wanted, he told me how much it would be and that was that. What more can you ask for? Everyone we dealt with was great.
