I have called my service advisor multiple times and asked for a call back. No response. This has happened several times. What prevents the courtesy of a return call? It is poor practice to ignore the req for a call back. No response. This has happened several times. What prevents the courtesy of a return call? It is poor practice to ignore the requests of a customer to has spent over $50,000 for a new vehicle and cannot get the service advisor to respond. Terrible More

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Sales person Vick sold me a vehicle and approved my loan. We signed all the paperwork they requested and everything was good. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Sales person Vick sold me a vehicle and approved my loan. We signed all the paperwork they requested and everything was good. Next day we were asked to come sign another document and come to find out that when we walked in, they had sold the car I signed for to another buyer. I asked to speak to the GM Brian Lane and even though he was expecting me to call, ne didn't pick up or call me back. I will not be doing business with them ever again. The worse experience I've ever experienced. More

Vick Webb, Great Service, Real People Vick was 100 percent polite, professional, and real from the moment my wife and I walked through the doors. He was extremely patient over what turned Vick was 100 percent polite, professional, and real from the moment my wife and I walked through the doors. He was extremely patient over what turned out to be a 3 day back and forth eventually finding TWO perfect vehicles for my family and I. We are now in two affordable, phenomenal vehicles that have enhanced our quality of life. I would recommend Vick to anyone looking for a professional, hassle free car buying experience. Thank you! Great Rav4 buying experience thanks to Vick Webb Vick Webb made my RAV4 buying experience a very pleasant one. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. I explained that I haven't be Vick Webb made my RAV4 buying experience a very pleasant one. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. I explained that I haven't been well, and he did everything he could to shorted the time I had to spend in the dealership. He even installed my tags on my car while I was finishing up the financial details so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. He explained every aspect of the trade-in details and bottom-line deal numbers. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants a salesperson that won't play games. We definitely will be seeking him out in the near future for a truck for my husband. More
