I wanted to take a moment to recognize and thank Mr. Daymond Jean for his exceptional level of service with regard to our recent purchase of a 2021 GLB250 4-matic from Ray Catena Union. From the moment Daymond Jean for his exceptional level of service with regard to our recent purchase of a 2021 GLB250 4-matic from Ray Catena Union. From the moment my wife Janine and I first sat down with Daymond, I was confident he would earn our business, even though we planned to do our homework. As someone who is also in sales, I certainly appreciate a straight-shooter who exudes professionalism, courtesy and puts their clients first always. He didn't make us do the typical car salesman "dance", as many of his competitors do. Daymond was very upfront and accommodating from the very start, and he was consistent throughout our selection process. I would not say we are the easiest clients to take on. The demands we placed on the "perfect" vehicle in a limited inventory environment had challenges of its own. And our “must have” features can change like the direction of the wind. But no matter what we threw at him, Daymond came in at the best price and with the most number of wish list items checked off. He went above and beyond and treated us like he's known us for years. At all hours on any day he was super responsive, another thing I really appreciate as a business owner. Daymond my friend, you have earned every bit of this first round of business with us and I am confident there will be others to follow soon. We have been singing your praises to close friends and family in the market for new vehicles. After this extremely fulfilling experience, it would be outright foolish to go anywhere else. I typically don’t write reviews but after having such a great experience with Lenny and Vic, I felt like it was necessary. I was shopping for a vehicle online for 3 months before I decided that the new GLB great experience with Lenny and Vic, I felt like it was necessary. I was shopping for a vehicle online for 3 months before I decided that the new GLB had all of the features I was looking for in replacement of my BMW X1. I spoke to Lenny over the phone and he was polite, professional and friendly. When I decided to come in for a test drive, he listened to all of my needs and wants and never pushed me into a car like your typical sales person. Instead, he found me exactly what I wanted. He was up front about the wait that it takes to get the car in, the process and did everything possible to make the numbers work. No hidden fees, no surprises, just an overall great experience. Vic also played a big part in sealing the deal and was understanding towards my needs. I was a little skeptical visiting this location because of the negative reviews but honestly, hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car. Great job you guys and thank youuuuuuu! More

Terrible dealer for sales. Dealer strung me along for over 15-16 months for a G63 build. Deposit placed Jan 2019, and as of July 2020, no delivery date, no confirmed build sheet aka no allocation. I would AVOID Lenny Inserra (Sales) and Victor Kaczynski (Sales Manager) I’ve had great experience with Ray Catena’s dealership before, such as my R8 from Freehold but this MB dealer offers no communication, no apologies, nothing. Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Union provided quality seamless service while I was in the market for buying a new car. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I knew that I wanted to buy a car and not lease a seamless service while I was in the market for buying a new car. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I knew that I wanted to buy a car and not lease a car. First off, the dealership is spotless, is taking the proper precautions against COVID-19 and everyone very professional. All of the employees are dressed to the nines and you can tell they care about what they do. Most importantly, they care about the customer, not just the commission they are making. I purchased a GLC 300 4MATIC. My salesman Christopher Bradfield was professional, kind, did not pressure me and was very quick during the buying process. Before I bought the car, I noticed a very small scratch on the back bumper. Christopher immediately went to his general manager to see if this would be able to be repaired. The general manager said absolutely, the car should be perfect for you. I bought the car on Saturday and Monday I was back in Union to get the car repaired. The repair service was taking a little longer than anticipated and naturally, I wanted a good cup of coffee while waiting. Christopher offered to have a personal driver drive me to the Starbucks down the street, I mean.. what other dealership would provide this service? After I returned, Christopher explained that it may take a while to repair it, so he offered to get me a loaner car. The loaner car was brand new and safe to drive and I felt comfortable. After my car was fixed, a driver drove my car back to Pennsylvania where I am from to drop my car off and pick up the loaner car. I traveled all the way to Union from Pennsylvania to buy a car from Ray Catena. My family has bought cars here before, but I was not expecting service like this. I was truly blown away.
