It has been a while since I visited a dealership for service. I think that it is ridiculous to charge all these fees just to install an air filter. I could have easily gone to auto zone and have them service. I think that it is ridiculous to charge all these fees just to install an air filter. I could have easily gone to auto zone and have them put it in for FREE. I had 2 filters installed and was charged installation and disposal fees for each one. Keep in mind that you had to remove it to show how dirty it was. There was no fee to do that, so why charge to put one back in??? Make it make sense. If I refused installation, you would have had to put it back in any way, at NO CHARGE. More

My vehicle went in for a battery replacement. As part of the service, you provided a "free inspection", including the air filter & cabin filter. The air filter box was missing a bolt upon compl As part of the service, you provided a "free inspection", including the air filter & cabin filter. The air filter box was missing a bolt upon completion. I noted the screw was missing because the spot where the screw was missing from was completely clean, unlink the rest of the airbox. When I contacted my service writer, I received no response. In addition, the glove box was not reinstalled properly when they checked the cabin filter. If you are going to force "free inspections" on your customers, at least you can return the vehicle in the same condition. I contacted my service writer but he did not return my texts as to getting the missing part. More
