Ryan our salesman and the finance person (Chris) were both excellent but the wait is too long for finance. Maybe have another cross trained finance guy there. Don’t get me wrong, Jimmy was very nice but he definitely needs some improvement. First thing would be to listen to what your client wants. Very misleading and dishonest, poor customer service and lack of professionalism. It took an outside management to help resolve our issue.
