Great experience from start to finish Most importantly I wanted to feel their pricing was fair and that I felt they were honest. I was greeted by Keith Cox. Long story short, I purchased a car for myself that day and a second car for my daughter a few days later. I was in the car business roughly twenty years ago. I know how it all works. I never felt the need to even bring that up. My salesperson Keith Cox was great. My finance guys were excellent; Mickey and Harry. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mark who quickly offered to drive my daughters car to my home so it could be a surprise. This company truly deserves FIVE STARS. More

Awesome customer service I was on vacation in St Petersburg Fl and my transmission went. I took it to Walker Ford and they took very good care of my needs. Mike and Vince went above and beyond to get my car fixed so I could get it back home to Delaware. If I lived in the area I would go back to Walker Ford for my next purchase. Vince Ramano to the rescue I bought a 2016 F150 in July. Since that time I have called several times to get an appointment for a oil change. Each time I call they say they are b I bought a 2016 F150 in July. Since that time I have called several times to get an appointment for a oil change. Each time I call they say they are booked out for a week. So I posted a review on dealerratet and Vince called me right away. Vince was very nice and apologized for the issue. He asked me when I wanted to come in for service and I left immediately for the dealership. Dan checked me in and promised to call as soon as they were done. He did and I picke d up my truck all in about an hour and a half. More

Best and Most Trusted Dealership I Have Ever Dealt With I bought my 2012 Ford Explorer from Walker Ford in Feb of 2015. I live 3 hours away. I take it down there for my oil changes and service as I only tru I bought my 2012 Ford Explorer from Walker Ford in Feb of 2015. I live 3 hours away. I take it down there for my oil changes and service as I only trust them. ! month ago the trim around my windshield start breaking down and coming off. Needless to say I was very upset. I called Mike Olsen, my service writer and made an appointment to bring it in. In the meantime I took it to a dealer close to my house and the manager was horrible. I have a full service warranty through Ford in Detroit and was told that it covered everything. Not so. Anyway the manager told me that the sun must have done the damage! He made no attempt to help me in anyway. The reason I took to the local dealer was to make sure it was safe to drive to Clearwater, Fl. My husband ended up duct taping the trim so it would not fly off and hurt someone. I called Walker Ford back and Mike told me to contact Ford and let them know what happened. I did and they responded very quickly to me and to Walker. I talked with the manager, Vince Romano who is wonderful! He got in touch with Mike and told me to get it down there and they would do their best to help me. They really did. I brought it in and they ordered the parts and contacted Ford. The next day the parts were in and I got it replaced within an hour. I had to pay a deductible and the rest was taken care of. They are a huge company and they run it so efficiently. Everyone is professional and friendly regardless of their workload. I have had Mike Olsen since I bought it and he is an Excellent service writer. Very hard worker with a great and professional attitude. I met Vince for the first time and was very impressed by his Courteous and Professional attitude. The communication is excellent between the staff. It is too bad there are not more dealerships like Walker. The fact that I fight traffic and drive 3 hours tells you something. If and when I buy another car, it will be from Walker!!! More
