We scheduled a transmission flush and service with Subaru of Utica. I picked up the car and noticed the trans fluid was the same color (brownish red) so I called and asked if they did the work and was assure of Utica. I picked up the car and noticed the trans fluid was the same color (brownish red) so I called and asked if they did the work and was assured it was. I asked why the fluid was red, and not blue like the new oil. Mech told me all they did was drain 4 quarts and refill 4 quarts. $350 for a quick drain and fill and I can garrentee they didn't even do that....... Avoid this place. More

Brought in our 2019 Outback for oil change & tire rotation. It was quick and the service man at the desk, Tyler, was great! We looked at new Outback’s. But unfortunately, my husband doesn’t thin rotation. It was quick and the service man at the desk, Tyler, was great! We looked at new Outback’s. But unfortunately, my husband doesn’t think we need a new one……….booo hoooo…. Our 2019 is low mileage!! So I guess we’ll drive it another 6 years (not if I have my way)……..BUT…….. I am NOT HAPPY WITH THE 2026 OUTBACK STYLE……… It looks like an extended Forrester……….. I’ll be thinking about that 2025 Outback I saw on your lot………it was NICE!!!!! More
