They called me about messages I was getting on my car saying that some services were disabled. I came in, thought they fixed it, and went on my happy way. Today, I got the exact same error message. We scheduled a transmission flush and service with Subaru of Utica. I picked up the car and noticed the trans fluid was the same color (brownish red) so I called and asked if they did the work and was assure of Utica. I picked up the car and noticed the trans fluid was the same color (brownish red) so I called and asked if they did the work and was assured it was. I asked why the fluid was red, and not blue like the new oil. Mech told me all they did was drain 4 quarts and refill 4 quarts. $350 for a quick drain and fill and I can garrentee they didn't even do that....... Avoid this place. More
