We went to Kia after receiving a voucher stating that they were interested in purchasing my older 2009 Kia Spectra. Virgil was our Salesman and he was very knowledgeable about all of the questions that I had regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. He was not overly pushy and was able to point out things that went along with my many questions - such as comparisons of gas mileage, type of driving in icy conditions, etc. I was very pleased with Virgil Avery and would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to visit him at Universal Kia!
