Worst buying experience ever! Saw a new 2016 Explorer on the Internet which listed numerous discounts. Called to confirm SUV was still available and that discounts were valid. My d Saw a new 2016 Explorer on the Internet which listed numerous discounts. Called to confirm SUV was still available and that discounts were valid. My daughter was told by Tropical Ford rep that SUV was still there and that she was qualified for all the discounts. Drove 3hrs from WPB to be told that was not valid and the Internet was wrong! The Manager on duty would not honer their published price. Vitali was very cordial and helpful but was not authorized to provide published price. We were a victim of false advertising! I would stay away from this dealer! More
