PROFESSIONAL SERVICE THIS DEALERSHIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WHEN I EXPERINECED PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR WHILE IN AMARILLO ON BUSINESS. I DROVE IN AFTER CLOSING AND THIS DEALERSHIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WHEN I EXPERINECED PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR WHILE IN AMARILLO ON BUSINESS. I DROVE IN AFTER CLOSING AND THE SERVICE AND SALES CAME TO MY RESCUE. MADE SURE I WAS TAKEN TO MY HOTEL SAFELY, AND BEFORE 8AM THE FOLLOWING MORNING, CALLED WITH A PLAN TO REPAIR MY CAR. THE CARING AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF AT TRI STATE, HAD ME BACK ON THE ROAD BEFORE 10 AM THAT DAY. Excellent Tri-State Ford in Amarillo has the best staff they are friendly and ask what you want and do not try and make your experience long and unbearable, Wac Tri-State Ford in Amarillo has the best staff they are friendly and ask what you want and do not try and make your experience long and unbearable, Wacey Williams was my salesman and he had me in and out in under three hours and that was looking at my trade asking me what I wanted and getting the paperwork done. Paul Willis was the finance person and he went over everything to make sure I understood everything. Rhonda Rose is such a happy and very pleasant individual. Her greeting and acknowledgment when you enter the showroom is amazing this dealership really makes you feel like family and they take care of their customers. I am very satisfied and would return in the future. More

Very helpful staff. Honest in what they said they would do. I ordered a new Ford truck from the factory. They said to expect delivery in 8-10 weeks, and I received it in 6 weeks. John Justice told me I would I ordered a new Ford truck from the factory. They said to expect delivery in 8-10 weeks, and I received it in 6 weeks. John Justice told me I would get whatever rebate Ford was offering at the time of delivery, which I did. No haggling experience, the best you can expect from a car dealership. Low-key, no pressure. More
