After explaining what I needed, Walter made several helpful suggestions and answered all my questions about particular cars, as he knew all the details. I visited DCH Montclair Acura to see the new 2013 RDX. Walter greeted me in the showroom and gave me a very through presentation of all the new features and changes on the RDX in the showroom. He was able to point out all the differences and improvements from my 2009 RDX. He was extremely helpful in helping me select the proper package(I decided on the RDX Tech AWD), as well as just the right color. I took my new car home that very day! Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, and Walter was super efficient. The whole process was just a couple of hours, most of which was spent on me trying to get comfortable with all the technology upgrades! Overall an awesome experience and I am so satisfied.

In the process of leasing my new Acura MDX, I visited numerous dealerships. DCH Montclair Acura was far and away the easiest to do business with. From my first visit Walter Goldman was extremely helpful as well as super knowledgeable about the MDX. He was in redibly considerate of my time and supplied me with far more information than even I was looking for. The final step to my process was signing the paperwork in the finance office. Marie Rossi was very efficient and made me feel comfortable. This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. They did everything to find me the right vehicle at the right price, and kept me stress free while doing it. Kudos!

It was a pleasure working with Walter Goldman and for that matter the entire team at DCH Montclair. This is my second RDX purchase at this dealership, where I always brought my 2007 for the past 5.5 years for service, and I believe this experience was even better than the first. Walter brought a degree of professionalism to the exchange that I have never experienced before. I appreciated his quiet but helpful presentation. Of course he was very knowledgeable about the model which was significantly modified compared to the previous years. The entire process was flawless and the only doubt any buyer can have is: Was the price great? One never knows except I am comfortable with the fact that it was fair so who can ask for more? We came to the dealership seeking a deal on MDX Advance, mainly because the price quoted in email beat any offers we got from other NJ dealers AND a phone call the night before from the general manager, Frank. Walter was our sales guy. We never thought it would be possible to do this transaction (and with a load of accessories installed) in one day. All without a hustle or gimmicks, a very smooth transaction. Walter took care of everything, including talking to our insurance agent. And after the car was ready for delivery, Walter spent a good deal of time walking my wife over various features and options. Very satisfied with the dealership and a very good experience dealing with Walter. We would highly recommend both!

This was the second lease deal Jose handled for me. He has a pleasant personality and was willing to do what was necessary to get me the deal I was looking for. He made the process a painless one and was very thorough in explaining the features of my MDX.
