From the time that I first walked into the dealership I received good vibes. The folks we dealt with were exceptional. This dealership was just superb. First Phil Han, then Warren and finally John Le were all wonderful to deal with. I was a little anxious about going into a car dealership because my husband always did it in the past but this time I was involved. There was no reason for me to be worried, all the people we encountered there were professional and knew their product. My questions were all answered and I liked being told I could come back with more questions later and they would be answered too. Keep up the good work. I like dealing with you folks! More

DO NOT buy a car from Glanzmann Subaru unless you have unlimited patience, time, and POTS of money. We did not expect to go over budget, and that it would take 3 hours to answer questions, sign papers, an unlimited patience, time, and POTS of money. We did not expect to go over budget, and that it would take 3 hours to answer questions, sign papers, and pay cash for a car. The big delay-- detailing, "expedited" for 45 minutes, perhaps to cover up white paint streaks, very noticeable on the right side of the silica black car finish. Could someone please explain to me why a Cashier's check for an enormous sum of money written to me, could not be signed over to the dealer? This "3rd party check" was unacceptable, and we had to leave the dealer, rush to the bank, have it re-written, rush back, making us late for a noon appointment. Another shock was the insertion of the high priced Gold maintenance plan, into the preliminary invoice- sneaky upselling, putting us over budget. Yes, "optional" but we could have used more time to consider our finances and the benefits of this mechanical insurance. Of course, most features break after the 7 year period will be over. If we have three days to think over if we like the car, why not have time to consider this Gold plan, and add it in later, if funds allow? Overall, the sticker shock, slow pace of proceedings, and check rejection made the experience frustrating. As seniors, we remember much lower prices, with negotiated sales; we paid a HUGE sum IN CASH and only received a token discount of something like $20 as we were not leasing. More

I bought a 2022 Suburu Outback last week and the experience was very pleasant.
