Just having him come over and talk to me and have him check in on me to see how things were going, showed me that I was not just another face in a crowd of customers. Warren has taken care of past concerns (as few of them that I have ever had) if ever I had a question / concern he was there if my normal service manager was unavailable. He is defiantly the guy that keeps a very complicated and demanding service department moving in the direction that best suits the customers service needs. An outstanding leader from every aspect that I as a customer can tell. More

I do not live locally, so he reimbursed me for missing battery clamps and I am so thankful for the integrity and customer service displayed through him at Liberty Toyota.
