Although each deal has been a little different, Ken was again outstanding throughout the entire process. Ken again demonstrated he cares about all of his customers and treats them with respect. I appreciate him searching for a specific set of features/options of the 2018 GLE 350 I was looking to purchase. We interacted several times through email/phone before I came into the dealership. This allowed for our time in the dealership to be very efficient. In all four deals of our deals, Ken has proven to be a trust worthy person and someone that I plan to continue to work with in the future vehicle purchases. The finance team was excellent during this transaction as well. I worked with CJ and Wayne throughout the finance and documentation process. Both were very accommodating and worked around my work schedule. I appreciate both of their efforts. More

A great journey for a great price and car I was searching for around 2 months for a used Mercedes Bens C class with certain features. I could only find one that was around me but it sold withi I was searching for around 2 months for a used Mercedes Bens C class with certain features. I could only find one that was around me but it sold within two days. After my second month of research I checked in with Mercedes Bens in Dublin and I instantly knew it was a good idea. Seth Held called me a few times and Discussed a meeting time. My girlfriend and I drove 100 miles to meet up and check in. Seth even came back to the dealership at the beginning of his vacation to help us out. All in all I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and extremely satisfied. It couldn’t of gone better, I’d recommend them to my family and friends as well. John Streifel and Wayne Michalak were of great service too getting my pricing almost perfect with what I wanted. More

We were really close to buying a new GLE 43 from another dealer Our first Mercedes and what a great experience. Richard Renner was absolutely amazing. We were really close to buying a new GLE 43 from another dealership and I decided to call Crown Eurocars. We are so glad that we were connected to Richard and he did a fabulous job. We discussed the options we were looking for and he was able to locate what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed of the status and when we picked up our new Mercedes, he was right there to greet us. He made sure we were comfortable with everything and we then met Melisa and she was a tremendous help. She had everything ready and stepped us through everything and was just amazing. Of course you have to see the Finance Manager and Wayne Michalak was wonderful to deal with and explained all of our options and made the numbers process as easy as possible. I can't say enough about our experience. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes or any other car Crown Eurocars sells and give them a try. I have bought over 15 new vehicles and this was certainly one of the best experiences, if not the best. Melisa set up a follow up visit with us and was extremely helpful on ensuring we understood all the features and ready to enjoy our vehicle. In addition, she is always there anytime you need anything. We had a question today, two weeks after our purchase and she picked up when we called and was super helpful.
