Hello my name is Wes Gallegos, and I specialize in quality Pre-Owned sales. I started working for the DeanTeam Subaru / VW of Ballwin in the spring of 2006! I have been in the automotive industry all of my life, stemming back to my teenage years when my Father was within the industry selling vehicle's. I grew-up learning the ends and outs of the business and all throughout my highs-school years I served as an automotive detailer/delivery prep specialist. While in school I attended a vocational course in Automotive Tech. where I was able to gain valuable information pertaining to the mechanical make-up of what makes our cars drive today! I had a great experience at the Dean Team! Wes was very nice and helpful. He was also very patient with me picking out the car I wanted and showed me all the options. I have bought alot of cars over the years and I normally buy Honda products. This is my first Subaru and I have never experienced this smooth of a trade in and new car sale before. There was no bull or in buy Honda products. This is my first Subaru and I have never experienced this smooth of a trade in and new car sale before. There was no bull or insulting low offers on my trade they were within 2k of what I wanted first offer. I showed up 20 minutes after closing time on a Friday night, due to traffic (traveling from hour and half away)and the two sales guys said that they still wanted to help me. Most dealers just say they are closed and come back on Monday! I could not believe how friendly they were. I know they would have prefered to have left on time but instead they took thier time and showed me the vehicle, helped me determine what packages to get, gave me a test drive, and worked with me on the price patiently. I was done in less than two hours start to finish. What more could you ask for! I know where I will be shopping for my next vehicle when my Honda Pilot wears out. Going to pick my new Outback up tomorrow night. O and they even gave me a nice dealer car while they prepped my new one. I have never had that offered to me before. Anyway cannot say enough about the guys at Dean Team Ballwin Subaru/Volkswagen ! Thanks again you guys Matt Siebert More
