What I take away from Herlong is the fact that if they can't or won't be able to do something, they don't sugar coat and do what they can to make your purchase become the investment it is instead of just buying another vehicle. Meryl and Lacy also very much add to the incentive. Are approachable and very warming. they take the time to explain the process. Absolutely superb dealership. Cannot go wrong with anyone in there. Excellent service and a friendly staff!! The service at Herlong Ford was excellent! I was buying from out of town so I wanted to get close to a deal before making the trip to the dealership. The service at Herlong Ford was excellent! I was buying from out of town so I wanted to get close to a deal before making the trip to the dealership. Jim Foley was the salesman and he did a fantastic job. When I arrived at the dealership I took a test drive in the truck I was interested in, and by the time I got back Jim had an deal I was happy with and the paper work ready. This was the FASTEST AND BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a car salesman and a dealership. Many thanks to Jim and Herlong Ford. More
