I reached out to Wesley, the service manager, at least five times before he finally responded to a text message. I had an issue with paint peeling from a 2016 Honda Pilot and the corporate office denied t five times before he finally responded to a text message. I had an issue with paint peeling from a 2016 Honda Pilot and the corporate office denied the claim. The issue is well documented with this particular color (white), yet neither the dealership nor American Honda see it as their issue to resolve. Wesley never would call me but did finally text that he is not authorized to cover the cost of the repair and that when his car needed to be painted he paid for it and would do so again. My family has been loyal to Honda for decades. This makes me rethink my loyalty. More

I went for a standard service B1 (oil change, tire rotation) service today. When I scheduled the appointment, I was assured this would only take 60 to 90 minutes as I needed to leave for military duty rotation) service today. When I arrived (on time), I was approached by a service rep (I believe his name was Chris). Either way, this was the guy who logged my Key Tag 994. This guy clearly just woke up, had no name tag, was super rude and even had eye curst. He told me my wait time was 2 – 4 hours. I explained the timeframe what was originally given to me <90 min. He rudely responded there is nothing you can do; I need to wait. I explained my situation and my frustration on the matter. The service guy immediately turned to coworkers and said, “who does this girl think she is”. The other guys nervously looked at me, knowing I could plainly hear him. I asked the onlooker if there was a problem here, he said no, Chris drove off. He came back 10 min letter and advised the new lead time would be 2 – 3 hrs. since they are backed up. I asked him if they would provide me with a shuttle or rental service. He said no I don’t qualify for such services. I called my husband to let him know the situation, he immediately called and left a voicemail with a service manager named Westly about this whole ordeal. When he returned, I told him that I already said I cannot wait that long. He acted very immature and all but kicked me out. When I asked for his name he ask if I would like to speak with his manager. The manager said he would review the original service call (as if I was lying) and would get back to me. I never would have taken the 40min drive out there if I know the oil change would have taken 4 hrs. as if the customers time is of no value. Scott Clark took over an hour of my like and I didn’t even get service. I went to Christian Bros. who completed the same services in ~40 min at nearly ½ the co$t. A blessing in disguise I suppose. I will be saving lots of time and money going forward. Sadly, Scott Clark has been the only place we have been purchasing our vehicles and getting our service done since 2012. After a decade long relationship, it’s time to permanently part ways, I only hope they can correct their culture, so others don’t get treated so badly. More
