Apple did not have the exact vehicle we wanted but found and delivered us the one we wanted within a day. Everything we asked for was taken care of immediately and everyone was friendly and helpful in doing so. The vehicle came from another dealer in the area and had a few cosmetic issues that were attended to immediately. We had dealt with Apple in the past, around 10 years ago, and we had some issues with there service department but can honestly say now that we have been dealing with them again in the past five years and they have rectified all of those issues. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Will was not available to help us due to his recent promotion, so he introduced us to Gary Ovelgone. Gary was a pleasure to work with, he was very patient while we decided what vehicle we wanted. Spent a lot of time but at the end of the day we left with the vehicle we wanted. No pressure sales, just excellent help and suggestions to help us decide. Overall great experience ! More

Purchasing my car from Apple Ford was a great buying experience. Will and I discussed the vehicle over the phone in great detail. I went in for a test drive, worked out a few details and we settled on a price within 5 minutes. I had already shopped around and Apple already had the best price around. The customer service and financing teams were great to work with. I have bought several new and used vehicles and this was by far the easiest purchasing experience. I've also purchased cars from CarMax due to the perceived ease of buying, but working with Will was easier and he was the most knowledgeable sales associate I've dealt with. Finally the after purchase service of free oil changes, car washes and tire rotations sealed everything. Spending a couple of hours at Apple Ford had me drive off in a new F150 and completely satisfied. I highly recommend working with Will Malloy! More

We bought a new Ford F150XL from Will Malloy and could not have been happier. We got honest, straight forward information not to mention a great price. The preliminary exchange of e-mails lent itself to the wonderful experience at the dealership. It was a no surprises, straight forward purchase with both sides happy with the deal. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome and at ease. Will gave us the keys for a test drive and walked us through the deal and the preliminary paperwork and he made sure that everything was as we had discussed and to our satisfaction. Then we moved on to the Finance Manager, Tim Colbert, where he went through a pile of forms in a minimum amount of time and he saved us some additional cash. The entire process took under three hours and this included prepping the car for our departure. Thanks to Will & Tim this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. More
