This dealership has always been and will always be a xxxx show… they have great service staff, but with a lack of leadership and lack of resources (staff) by the owners, every visit here is extremely frustra show… they have great service staff, but with a lack of leadership and lack of resources (staff) by the owners, every visit here is extremely frustrating! Without fail they NEVER have the part your car needs which means I ALWAYS have to come pick my car up and take it back to them! Ridiculous!!! Combine this with the 30 minute wait just to get a service tech to check your car in WITH an appointment! And… to top it all off after I waited 30 minutes for someone to bring my car around I finally grabbed a tech and asked him for my keys… after another 10 minutes it was clear they lost my keys and I had to grab a manager to get someone to go find them… after another 15 minutes my keys appeared out of nowhere… These owners just do NOT care… they never have… and they never will… arrogant xxxxxxx! More
