Excellent customer service William was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He spent time with me on two different occasions and did not pressure me to make a decision. He even pulled up a 2019 Toyota from their used car inventory for me to compare the Honda and the Toyota side by side to see which SUV I preferred, even when he knew I was not interested in a used vehicle and would go to the Toyota dealership if I ended up choosing the Toyota.
