Jorge was the one who picked up my call when I made my first call to ask about a pre-owned Mirai that I saw on the Longo website. It was summer afternoon and he just went right out to check if the car I i first call to ask about a pre-owned Mirai that I saw on the Longo website. It was summer afternoon and he just went right out to check if the car I inquired would be eligible for a new HOV sticker or not. I was fortunate enough to find one that was eligible and Jorge was just super helpful and efficient throughout the verification and purchasing process. He was also knowledgeable and honest. Went to Longo to buy a used Sienna. Best car buying experience we've had. Worked with Brandon Cruz who was knowledgeable and trustworthy.
