So, service advisors are in a very important and pivotal role. As with any team, you’re only as good as the players (and the chemistry of the players) on the field. This analogy brings me to my final point.
You have a service advisor named Winfred James. This young man is the consummate professional. He does his job with honesty, integrity, grace and compassion. Not only have I’ve dealt with him regarding my vehicle, I’ve watched him diffuse some pretty tenuous situations. He is the embodiment of professionalism and one of the main reasons my next Nissan will be purchased from GUNN.

I drop off my 2022 Nissan service advisor Winfred because
it was making a clicking noise when I turn left and transmission shifts hard when put in Drive and reverse before I went on vacation so it was there
it was making a clicking noise when I turn left and transmission shifts hard when put in Drive and reverse before I went on vacation so it was there about a week when I got back from vacation I haven't heard nothing from the dealership the servicing the car I called they told me my car was ready it would have been nice if they would have called me and let me know that my car was ready and they're telling me that there's nothing wrong with my car and it needs brakes that's why it's making a clicking noise and then my auto stop it's what makes a transmission shift hard I do not trust this dealership no more there nothing but lies I replaced my rear brakes and it's still making a noise when I turn left was really weird about it I didn't get charged for a diagnostic fee but I think because I did not want to get my brakes done there for service they didn't want to look into the problem that I was having with my suv just be aware if you take your vehicle here I wouldn't trust Nissan gunn off of Wetmore
