I stopped by Herb Chambers Porsche Boston on the way of my grocery trip at the very last day of the year. Well, did not get to go to the supermarket after all. Little did I know that I walked out with a brand new Porsche. All thanks to Yana and Amir and their whole business team. They were a pleasant to work with. They tried so hard to have everything ready by the end of the day so I could drive the new car for my birthday - 1/1. They made purchasing a new car as smooth as possible, offered me different options to compare with and were generous enough to sign a deal for a price that I’m happy with. Yana was extremely personable, kind, and most importantly thoroughly knowledgable about the specifications of the vehicle I was interested in (Macan). It was raining outside and she went above and beyond by thoroughly knowledgable about the specifications of the vehicle I was interested in (Macan). It was raining outside and she went above and beyond by walking me out (carrying an umbrella) to show me the specific vehicle I was interested in. Not even once did she rush me into making any decisions. She was informative and asked questions to help tailor the appropriate vehicle. She exemplified the highest level of professionalism and knew exactly how to make a car buying process so seamless. I will be following Yana's recommendations for my vehicle purchases. I hope the management will see how amazing she is and uses her as an example for stellar customer relations. More
