Yosmel, is an excellent car salesman. My Wife and I came to Weston Nissan/Volvo to look for a car for our 18 year old daughter. On the lot there was a 2021 Nissan Sentra in a color that m My Wife and I came to Weston Nissan/Volvo to look for a car for our 18 year old daughter. On the lot there was a 2021 Nissan Sentra in a color that my daughter liked, we went inside and we were connected with Yosmel. Yosmel went to get the keys for a test drive without skipping a beat. We went on the test drive and Yosmel was very patient, calm, polite, and he pretty much just let my daughter experience the car, and how the car drove. He even complimented my daughter on her driving. We got back to the dealership and he got the car certified, he came back to us with the purchase order, Carfax, and he answered all of the questions that we had. The car was just received on the lot so it was not yet detailed, so we agreed that we would come back the next day to see how the car looked after it was detailed. Yosmel, trusted us to contact him the next day, so that my wife and I could see if this was the car we wanted or not. Yosmel and I spoke the next day, and he informed me that the car had been detailed, he also sent me several pictures of the car as it looked post detailed. My wife, daughter, and I agreed that the car looked great and that this was the car we were going to get for my daughter. I informed Yosmel that we would be moving forward with this car for my daughter. Yosmel would text me in the morning to ask a question, most of the time it was, “What time do you think you would be stopping by today?”, or something along those lines. I would give Yosmel my answer, and he would respond with, “okay no problem, I will see you then.” I was very impressed with Yosmel’s patience, because after the first communication in the morning, and after I responded, he would not text again to ask the same question that I answered. Yosmel, was very respectful of the fact that I was at work, and I couldn’t spend all day answering the same question. I quickly learned that once I communicated with Yosmel, he was okay. We kept the lines of communication open from the beginning of the deal until the end. We wrapped up the deal in 3 to 4 days from the time that we initially saw the car. Yosmel, came through with everything that he agreed to do for us. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a new or a used car, that you go to Weston Nissan/Volvo, and do yourself a favor and ask for Yosmel, and I promise you will receive top notch service. I also would like to say that the experience at the dealership was also very pleasant, the entire time that we were working the deal, we only worked with and saw Yosmel. Yosmel was really the middle man, because he would go to the manager to get the pricing, or to finance to get the figures, whatever needed to be done we only dealt with Yosmel. I think this was great, because often times we like the sales person, but then the managers or finance people, come in with the pressure tactics, or inflated prices, and they mess up the deal. We experienced this from another dealership while we were looking for this car for my daughter. I do not know if this is a common practice for Weston Nissan/Volvo, to allow their sales people to take ownership of the deal from beginning to end, but if is not I think they should definitely keep this process in play, because I think it will work better for the customer, sales person, and everyone involved.
