Kye and finance manager were great and willing to work with me. Pre-owner manager was slimy and sold me a car with one key fob (wasn’t told until after the deal was done). I asked him to support getting a with me. Pre-owner manager was slimy and sold me a car with one key fob (wasn’t told until after the deal was done). I asked him to support getting a second fob to enable phone as key and he said no and I had to pay additional. I was willing to split difference. Overall, just not an honest transaction. More

Very smart personnel, very kind, very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with my salesman went above and beyond the call of duty to explain every detail to me perfectly so that there would be no doubt at all when I purchased my brand new BMW he was a joy to work with. I will definitely buy another car from Santa Monica BMW.!!! The gentleman in the office who took care of the paperwork was very knowledgeable also and very kind and very easy to work with!!! I even talked to the owner who was extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable and just a joy to speak with everyone from the owner to the Salesman to the gentleman who does the paperwork made me feel so ease buying this brand new BMW it was a pleasure to work with them!!! Traveling from out of state. The car was out of alighment and the break rotors were shuttering terribly. They resurfaced rotors (on a 2022) and still not great. Never purcahsed a BMW from a BMW dealership that was this poorly prepared for sale. Now I have to take to the dealer here. Sales rep was nice and did all he could. Same with the mechanic but ultimately - they should have replaced the rotors and fixed it right. More
