I don’t believe the we owe was fulfilled, the floor mats promised are not even for the vehicle I purchased, I was promised a professional detail and that was not done and poor communication. I appreciate the price negotiation and trade-in offer I received for my vehicle. It was great. This dealer understood where I needed to be and made it happen.
