I was a drive in with no appointment with a flat on a new car. It was very busy but they took me in got me an uber so I didn't have to wait 3-4 hours in the waiting room. Have used Gettel for 10 years and am car. It was very busy but they took me in got me an uber so I didn't have to wait 3-4 hours in the waiting room. Have used Gettel for 10 years and am always very satisfied. My rep was busy but Yve took care of me and she was great. Someone else got me the uber. I think I have 4 reps help me. Many thanks. More

I appreciated the personal touch as having Yve as my assistant. I was also thankful that I was provided with a complimentary Uber ride home while I was waiting. Then I received a video of the work tha assistant. I was also thankful that I was provided with a complimentary Uber ride home while I was waiting. Then I received a video of the work that was being done! Amazing! And there were a few optional things that could have been done, but I was not "pushed" into them. I really appreciate that. This is my first time to take the car in since my husband passed away. I was kind of dreading it since this was always his "job." But I felt very well cared for and did not feel taken advantage of. Thank you so much. More
