I was a drive in with no appointment with a flat on a new car. It was very busy but they took me in got me an uber so I didn't have to wait 3-4 hours in the waiting room. I appreciated the personal touch as having Yve as my assistant. I was also thankful that I was provided with a complimentary Uber ride home while I was waiting. Then I received a video of the work tha assistant. I was also thankful that I was provided with a complimentary Uber ride home while I was waiting. Then I received a video of the work that was being done! Amazing! And there were a few optional things that could have been done, but I was not "pushed" into them. I really appreciate that. This is my first time to take the car in since my husband passed away. I was kind of dreading it since this was always his "job." But I felt very well cared for and did not feel taken advantage of.
