- They always ask, explain and want approval, via phone , weblink etc
- Once done, I personally have seen them work way faster than they promise it'll be ready
The only concern:
What I don't like is there parking lot is super scrammed
I'd like a little space to move, drive and park
I always have trouble in their tiny lot with new cars and no dedicated place for just service vehicles.

Good news on the communication and Jami, Zach and the team being helpful - exactly what we want to do.
As for the parking, I get it. It is why I invested in the valet team to be present in the service area to park cars and they should also grab them for you when you are leaving if asked.
Believe it or not, we have a whole other lot down the road that holds over 200 cars and three lifts and a lot of parts, etc. Dublin is a tight spot these days! Better than the alternative.
We also try to offer pick up and drop off at people’s homes and work to try to alleviate on-site traffic also.
