The actual buying experience went fine. Great even. However I have had issues with the car since day 1. This dealer has done nothing to fix it. The departments clearly don't communic Great even. The departments clearly don't communicate and my favorite was when I drove down there after being told there'd be a shuttle to take me home and there was not. So instead I waited two hours for them to fix the issue because I was told the part had come in just to be told the part hadn't come in. If I do buy a Toyota again it's definitely not this dealer. The Penn dealership provides a computer at his desk that makes the options and pricing easy to follow. Luis was also a true gentleman exhibiting genuine politeness and concern.
