The whole team at Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge were outstanding. They all went above and beyond to help us. Dave Lurie was our sales consultant. Mike Schneider of Bredemann Toyota and the entire service department are exemplary. Trust no one else. In a world full of less than stellar people, Mike and his team are pure gold. My Toyota Prius 2015 had an electrical issue that another mechanic could not solve for 8 full days. When I brought it to Mike's attention, the issue was diagnosed and the problem solved within just 2 hours and at a cost far less than I anticipated. The service department at this location cannot be beat when you consider everything involved. Of course you can try to find a cheaper alternative, but you will pay a dear price for inferior work...or like in my case another mechanic may keep your car for over a week and never fix the issue! Trust Mike and Bredemann Toyota Service! More

Resetting Scheduled Oil change and Tire Rotation Light This is the last time I will receive service from Bredemann Toyota. And it always happens to be whenever I come in for an appointment with this dealer. For me to waste my time, money, and energy to come all the way out here to reset a simple button that takes 5 seconds is infuriating. This is how you lose customers. More

Repeat Customer First off the main reason that I went to Bredemann in the first place is because of Mike Schneider in the service department. Mike is awesome! I went in to buy a new Toyota Sienna and trade in the same vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with John Molina. John was terrific. John was great - he wasn't pushy and was pretty honest. My only issue is with the car buying process in general. It would be awesome if you could go into a place and be in an out in an hour, but I understand. John took good care of us and provided a great experience. Jesus Padir was the finance guy for us. He did a fantastic job and we were all on the same page. I'll be back time and time again as long as you keep Mike Schneider happy! I even put 5 stars on the price for my review, even though there is never a low enough price. I feel I could have haggled a little more, but I just wanted to get this thing done, so I'm happy. More
