We are a dealership with a focus on two things: keeping our expenses low so that we can sell cars for less than the competition and still put food on the table, and customer satisfaction so that you keep coming back and tell your friends and family about us! Our owner, Eric Nelson, has been in business for 10+ years and is committed to complete satisfaction and making lifelong customers and friends with each transaction. We were awarded the 2015 Illinois Quality Dealer of the year by the IIADA which recognizes our commitment to customer service and community involvement. Nelson Automotive has also been awarded a Better Business Bureau accreditation and is A+ Rated. This exemplifies our total commitment to customer satisfaction.
