We are a dealership with a focus on two things: keeping our expenses low so that we can sell cars for less than the competition and still put food on the table, and customer satisfaction so that you keep coming back and tell your friends and family about us! Our owner, Eric Nelson, has been in business for 10+ years and is committed to complete satisfaction and making lifelong customers and friends with each transaction. We were awarded the 2015 Illinois Quality Dealer of the year by the IIADA which recognizes our commitment to customer service and community involvement. Nelson Automotive has also been awarded a Better Business Bureau accreditation and is A+ Rated. This exemplifies our total commitment to customer satisfaction. We may be located in Mount Prospect, Illinois but we have sold cars to people all over the country. So please don’t hesitate to contact us no matter where you live. We are the only store around that puts our owner’s cell number online. If you have any concerns or are at all unsatisfied with a transaction at Nelson Automotive, please call our owner Eric’s cell at (989) 878-1616.

Kind of rude, was trying to ask questions and they
immediately went on the defensive and didn't want to give an answer

I never felt any pressure to buy from them and got a
great car. I would go back.

Great Place to buy a car.
No crazy extra fees like so many dealerships and they gave a free 3 month warranty.
