I've bought two trucks and two cars from Nelson for my business over the past few years. 3 were newer models and everything went flawlessly. The 4th was an older, cheaper vehicle and there was one small i business over the past few years. 3 were newer models and everything went flawlessly. What a refreshing change when I found the car I was looking for at Nelson - I expected the usual sales blather and empty promises, and got neither. Matt was a straight shooter, no BS, and gave me more than I expected on my trade-in. And the car was in excellent shape...a Ford C-Max plug-in hybrid. When I need another car, I'll check with them first, before looking anywhere else. I highly recommend them. More

A few years later my wife needed a new car, and although we looked at one other place, we returned back to Nelson. Finally last year I needed a car - and this time I didn't bother to go anywhere else. Oh-and there service is beyond compare, Mike does a great job - so much so that before we bought the last 2 cars we were taking our old cars there when they would need service. LOL - I cannot tell you about the service we have had with the last 2 cars we bought from them BECAUSE they haven't needed service (except for the routine oil changes!). All of the staff know us and I feel like we are treated like family. How often can you say that about a car dealer??? More

Not only was I impressed with the condition the cars were in, but the prices were very fair when compared around. Now a lot of dealers have those two things going for them, but here is what made them really stand out: I felt no pressure from anyone at any point. They allowed me to drive it to my mechanic to have them take a look at it without making me feel guilty for asking, like other dealers gone to have. They also have a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty on most of their cars. There is no other dealer I've been to that has had all those factors going for them. Even if you don't end up buying a car from them, I fully recommend at least checking them out. You'll save yourself a lot of headache the other dealers will give you. More
